📋 Description

• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports • Establish, maintain, and update databases and records supporting recurring internal reports and program requirements • Monitor data quality, completeness, consistency, and integrity across applicable data systems and reporting processes • Recommend and implement operating methods to improve data flow, collection, editing, processing, validation, and distribution • Perform data management activities supporting accurate and reliable reporting to internal and external stakeholders • Conduct high-level data analysis and validation to identify discrepancies, trends, anomalies, and data quality improvement opportunities • Develop and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, reporting procedures, and other data management materials • Coordinate with business, technical, and program stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve data quality or reporting issues • Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of databases, data sets, dashboards, and recurring reporting products • Ensure data management practices align with federal requirements, organizational policies, and data governance standards • Document data processes, identify process improvement opportunities, and support standardized data management practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field • Four (4) years of relevant professional experience in data management, data analysis, reporting, database administration, or a related discipline • Demonstrated experience managing and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity • Experience developing, maintaining, and updating databases, data sets, or recurring reporting systems • Experience analyzing data and producing accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, validation, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role
