📋 Description

• Design and implement program evaluation activities and performance measures • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research • Analyze evaluation data and identify trends, findings, and opportunities for improvement • Develop performance reports, assessments, briefings, and recommendations • Communicate findings to Government stakeholders and support integration into program strategies • Meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss progress, priorities, and evaluation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program evaluation, research, performance measurement, or data analysis • Experience with qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and organizational skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role • Resume must be submitted in Word document format and include dates in each section • Candidates must fill out the application form to the best of their knowledge
