📋 Description

• Prospect new clients across Rio de Janeiro (capital and inland areas) and cities in the Zona da Mata region of Minas Gerais, identifying business opportunities and conducting sales visits. • Manage the current client portfolio, maintaining close relationships and identifying potential service improvements. • Prepare customized commercial proposals tailored to clients' needs and requirements. • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements. • Analyze the market and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth. • Develop strategic action plans to increase the company's revenue and profitability in the region. • Monitor commercial performance indicators, proposing and implementing continuous improvements. • Attend industry events and trade shows, representing the company and expanding the network of contacts. • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Tourism, or related fields. • Experience in sales/commercial roles, especially in prospecting and account management. Knowledge of the market and an active client portfolio will be a plus. • Strong negotiation skills and experience preparing commercial proposals. • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Knowledge of the local market (Rio de Janeiro and surrounding areas) and the ability to identify business opportunities. • Availability for frequent travel and sales visits.
