• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Tourism, or related fields. • Experience in sales/commercial roles, especially in prospecting and account management. Knowledge of the market and an active client portfolio will be a plus. • Strong negotiation skills and experience preparing commercial proposals. • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Knowledge of the local market (Rio de Janeiro and surrounding areas) and the ability to identify business opportunities. • Availability for frequent travel and sales visits.
