📋 Description

• Serve as a Product Owner, business advisor, and liaison between Government stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and contracted staff throughout all project lifecycle phases • Provide subject matter expertise for CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and other Federal Healthcare programs • Analyze business processes and workflows, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend functional and technology solutions • Translate healthcare policies, regulations, and operational requirements into business, functional, and system requirements • Define product vision and priorities • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Develop and refine user stories and define acceptance criteria • Ensure requirements align with business objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile team members throughout product planning, development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement • Lead or participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements-gathering sessions, product demonstrations, release planning, and stakeholder reviews • Represent business and end-user needs throughout the Agile/Scrum lifecycle • Provide clarification and direction to development teams • Review completed functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria • Support product acceptance and implementation decisions • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, data-driven decision-making, modeling, best practices, and standardized procedures • Incorporate appropriate solutions into the system development lifecycle • Adhere to company information security requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder • Must have lived in the United States for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years • Subject matter expertise related to CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and other Federal Healthcare programs • Knowledge of program integrity, regulatory, operational, and business processes • Experience analyzing business processes and workflows • Ability to translate Medicare, Medicaid, and Federal Healthcare policies, regulations, and operational requirements into business, functional, and system requirements • Product Owner experience, including product vision, product backlog prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development lifecycles • Ability to collaborate with Government stakeholders, business SMEs, architects, developers, analysts, QA teams, and other Agile team members • Ability to identify relationships among business processes, tasks, systems, data, stakeholders, and resources • Adherence to company information security requirements and policies
