📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Advisory Services practice. • Develop service offerings, delivery methodologies, and operational standards. • Oversee the successful delivery of advisory engagements. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. • Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting professionals. • Manage resource allocation, utilization, forecasting, and practice profitability. • Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and compliance accelerators.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of cybersecurity, compliance, or consulting experience. • 3+ years leading teams, programs, or service lines. • Deep expertise in FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, continuous monitoring, and security authorization processes. • Experience managing customer engagements and consulting delivery teams. • Strong executive communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with FedRAMP 20X, DoD RMF, GovRAMP, CMMC, and related frameworks. • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CGRC.
