📋 Description

• Support the finance team with data entry, review, and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel • Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documentation • Assist with routine reporting and general administrative tasks • Support subcontractor onboarding, tracking, and invoicing • Contribute to finance and accounting activities as assigned • Adjust responsibilities based on finance and contract requirements

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience • 0–3 years of related work experience • Ability to work 20 hours per week • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent organization and time management abilities • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work • Ability to learn financial systems, tools, and processes quickly • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
