📋 Description

• Assist in receiving, tracking, and overseeing completion of federal client contract inspections • Conduct internal inspections on contract program requirements to identify risk, liabilities, improvements, and compliance • Assist with announced and unannounced inspections • Capture data, write inspection reports, and provide recommendations or solutions to reduce risk and potential failures • Conduct research and inspections using investigative and contract knowledge • Receive, track, and deliver client inspections • Plan and research contract requirements and strategize inspection methods • Control and organize data, formulate written reports, and disseminate inspection results • Measure performance against contract requirements, plans, updates, addendums, and modifications • Communicate inspection results and findings to project and program managers, department managers, subject matter experts, contracting officers, federal client employees, staff employees, and field investigative employees • Develop and maintain standards for meeting inspection requirements • Address policy violations and inspection failures and work to improve quality and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Active Top-Secret Clearance based on a T5 • If not currently holding the clearance, must obtain it before starting • Ability to work on a computer for long periods • Ability to communicate by telephone, email, and face-to-face • Experience using office software and communication systems, including email and federal client computer systems • Some travel may be required • Previous experience as a Background Investigator, Case Reviewer, or on an Oversight Investigations team is desired
