📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard platforms • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities within JTMS workflows • Create process definition documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs) • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using RPA best practices • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions • Monitor bot performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency • Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements • Document automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides • Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing automation solutions • Participate in code reviews and follow development standards • Support deployment of bots to production environments • Provide basic support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions • Support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program by automating transportation and logistics processes

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Must have active Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • 1-2 years of experience with RPA development or related automation technologies • Basic programming knowledge (Python, C#, VB.NET, or Java) • Understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices • Familiarity with process analysis and workflow design • Knowledge of basic database concepts and SQL queries • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate (desired) • RPA certification (desired) • Familiarity with Agile SAFe methodologies (desired) • Experience with SAP and agility layer (i.e., Mendix) (desired) • Knowledge of API integration and web services (desired) • Experience with OCR and document processing (desired) • Understanding of transportation or logistics business processes (desired) • Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) (desired) • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Intelligent Automation (desired) • Familiarity with .NET framework or Python scripting (desired)
