📋 Description

• Provide customer support through on-site product/solution installation and sustainment • Oversee and/or perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Check out and approve operational quality of solution components • Instruct customers in solution operation and maintenance • Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters • Interpret customer needs, define next steps, and clarify responsibility for problem resolution • Install and maintain electronic security systems • Understand system design drawings • Execute installation activities within planned durations • Complete device and component installation activities • Configure programmable system components • Perform testing and evaluation to identify and correct component- and system-level problems • Install raceway and conduit infrastructure • Install, terminate, and test system cabling • Test system components • Install equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and device mounting hardware • Complete accurate as-built documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Current Secret clearance required • HS diploma or GED required • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds • Ability to work on a 12-foot stepladder for extended periods • Ability to work at heights up to 45 feet and climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders • Ability to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, and reach overhead routinely and repetitively • 5+ years of experience in electronic security systems or related field • Basic understanding of TCP/IP • Experience operating personnel lift • Basic knowledge of electrical conduit installation • IP Camera experience • Certifications or familiarity with annunciator systems such as Honeywell Vindicator, Linx Predator Elite, Advantor, Hirsch, AMAG, Lenel, and Software House desired • Experience with MS Project desired
