📋 Description

• Schedule meetings with clients after the sale of Club Caddie software • Lead collection of data and information required to structure purchased software systems • Create and manage project plans for each client • Lead client communications throughout the software setup process to obtain feedback and approval • Structure Club Caddie software systems based on clients’ needs and specifications using golf course operations knowledge • Train clients on Club Caddie software systems and relevant add-on modules • Create specialized documentation detailing client customizations • Manage key deliverables and project milestones • Provide cost and time estimates for additional development work • Bill clients for professional services • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Club Caddie software experience preferred • Prior experience working as an Implementation Specialist or related field • Intimate knowledge of golf course operations and golf course management systems • Familiarity with Club Caddie’s competitors’ software functionality • 3+ years of golf course operation experience • Sound technical knowledge • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite or related tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written, spoken, non-verbal, communication, and presentation skills • Ethics and Values
