📋 Description

• Oversee dealer DRP implementations across the assigned region • Lead dealership group DRP implementations as the Channel Field SME for GM’s Digital Retail Platform • Serve as regional lead for dealership group implementations and provide tailored, concierge-style support • Manage the implementation pipeline through pre-onboarding, onboarding, and go-live stages • Remove barriers that could delay implementation completion • Drive engagement and utilization through expertise in GM’s DRP, dealership operations, and automotive digital retailing best practices • Maintain dealer engagement and readiness for critical implementation milestones • Act as relationship manager for dealers, addressing concerns, navigating conflict, and managing pushback • Identify and mitigate implementation risks • Document, communicate, and escalate issues and concerns • Partner with DRP Implementation Partners on non-technical and relationship-driven implementation activities • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations • Help ensure dealership groups launch successfully and on schedule • Prioritize high-impact DRP activities and align with established goals • Manage travel and program-related expenses according to GM guidelines • Travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis

🎯 Requirements

• Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations • Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry, including dealership terminology, structures, and workflow processes • Experience with dealership and automotive retail software platforms, including DMS, CRM, and digital retailing solutions • Knowledge of dealership desking or F&I processes • Ability to stay current on rapidly evolving digital solutions • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude in high-pressure environments • Strong collaboration skills with General Motors teams, clients, and vendor partners • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities • Skilled in delivering presentations, leading discussions, and addressing objections • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Willingness to travel weekly, up to 60% overall depending on territory • Must currently reside within the hired region or be willing to relocate to an approved city within 60 days of the start date • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle regularly and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review
