• Lead the day-to-day workflow of a remote team of up to 20 Registered Nurses and hold the team accountable for productivity and operational metrics. • Audit RN performance and clinical documentation for compliance, clinical quality, and adherence to APCM and chronic care management protocols. • Coach RNs using audit findings and productivity data to drive targeted performance improvement. • Own direct-report performance through regular 1:1s and performance improvement plans. • Partner with the Training Supervisor to address clinical education and ongoing training gaps. • Manage team scheduling, PTO, and time-off coverage. • Lead RN interviews and candidate selection for new team members. • Maintain clinical standards and align program metrics as Cadence extends primary care into patients' homes between visits.
• Active, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required; additional single-state licenses preferred. • Minimum 5 years of practice as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Advanced Primary Care Management or chronic care management. • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience emphasizing clinical quality assurance, documentation auditing, and performance management. • Experience overseeing a high-volume, metric-driven operational environment and interpreting productivity and operational data. • Experience leading or supervising a remote clinical workforce. • Fluency with AI-assisted clinical tools such as Gemini, Open Evidence, or comparable platforms. • Ability to discuss credibly with providers and patients where AI supports care delivery and where human judgment remains non-negotiable.
