• Analyze current-state application environments to identify service account, application account, database account, and secret usage and management • Review application architectures, authentication methods, scripts, integrations, and operational processes for CyberArk migration impacts • Assess technical feasibility, system dependencies, operational constraints, and integration requirements for CyberArk onboarding • Support requirements gathering and technical discovery with application, infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams • Document impacts of credential rotation, password management changes, and privileged access policy updates • Evaluate service account usage and identify changes required for CyberArk-managed credentials • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, process flows, and implementation guidance • Document account inventories, onboarding requirements, safe mappings, access models, and integration dependencies • Review Jira epics, features, and user stories for technical feasibility, completeness, and consistency • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to validate implementation approaches across environments • Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation for CyberArk integration and credential migration • Coordinate with cloud engineering teams on AWS Secrets Manager integrations and hybrid secret management • Identify migration risks, blockers, and operational considerations • Maintain working relationships with federal clients, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders supporting mission-critical systems
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience, OR 3 years of experience with an Associate’s Degree, OR 5 years of experience with a high school diploma • Experience supporting DevSecOps, infrastructure engineering, application support, or system administration in enterprise environments • Basic understanding of privileged access management, credential management, or cybersecurity best practices • Experience analyzing application configurations, service accounts, authentication methods, or infrastructure dependencies • Experience supporting technical documentation and requirements analysis • Familiarity with cloud environments and secret management solutions such as AWS Secrets Manager • Familiarity with scripting, automation, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to shift focus between competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and operational teams • Experience with CyberArk or other PAM platforms preferred • Experience supporting federal government systems or environments preferred • Experience supporting Public Trust or other federal security compliance requirements preferred • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and security best practices preferred • Experience using Jira and Confluence preferred • Familiarity with DevSecOps and Agile delivery methodologies preferred • Experience supporting application modernization or cybersecurity modernization initiatives preferred • Basic understanding of credential rotation, RBAC, and enterprise authentication concepts preferred • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer; sponsorship may not be available
