📋 Description

• Partner with field Sales to enable purchases of Cadwell products • Handle incoming customer and field requests, inquiries, and orders professionally • Process orders and changes according to procedures • Coordinate with multiple Cadwell departments to resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly • Maintain a professional, positive, solutions-oriented approach with customers and co-workers • Stay current on Cadwell products and software and use internal systems proficiently • Provide backup assistance to the receptionist as needed • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in related field, or 2 years of related education/experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales or other relevant experience required • Pleasant, positive, patient, and helpful customer service skills • Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and writing skills • Strong business math skills; read and interpret data and reports • Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications • Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed • Must develop knowledge of Cadwell product lines and how they are used by clinicians, and know what questions to ask in order to be effective in assisting customers • Attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through • Ability to work assigned shifts beginning at 7:30 a.m. EST • Ability to perform general office physical activities, including lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds • Extensive use of computer and telephone
