📋 Description

• Assist customers with their Stratasys printers • Perform installations, general maintenance, upgrades, and preventative maintenance • Provide customer training • Build ongoing customer relationships as the face of Stratasys • Travel regularly to customer sites • Work remotely while traveling to customer locations • Support an essential field service function at Stratasys

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year in a field service/representative role • 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience • Reliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with space for tools and equipment • Must live within 50 miles of Columbus, OH for travel to customer site • Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire • Nice to have: 2-year Technical Degree • Nice to have: Additional year of mechanical/electrical experience • Nice to have: Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM • Nice to have: Remote work experience • Nice to have: Strong customer-facing skills • Nice to have: Proficient in computer technology • Nice to have: Self-starter and self-reliant attitude
