📋 Description

• Configure/code new group setups and group changes across applicable eligibility services technology platforms • Communicate changes and setup requirements with applicable vendors and navigate vendor systems • Conduct quality assurance testing for new group setups and changes across technology platforms • Maintain project plans and checklists for new client implementations and existing client changes • Process changes, renewals, and open enrollment across technology platforms • Determine and maintain coding requirements • Execute required communications and system updates • Provide system enhancement suggestions • Work within the implementation team to keep tasks and project plans on schedule • Maintain coding, vendor communication, reporting, project plans, and internal/external project status communication • Work on special projects and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required • 1-3 years prior benefits administration experience with a strong focus on coding setup and maintenance technology required • Client coding and installation QicLink/Cognizant experience preferred • Intermediate level experience working with Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Basic Access skills preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload • Ability to perform extended sitting and computer work
