📋 Description

• Monitor and manage a shared inbox, reviewing and responding to requests from employer groups • Process employee terminations, coverage additions or cancellations, and other benefit changes • Determine whether requests can be handled directly or routed to another department • Complete enrollment and benefit-related tasks through online portals and systems • Send and manage recertifications and maintain accurate documentation • Review detailed paperwork and information while following procedures and carrier requirements • Assist existing team members while learning processes, systems, and responsibilities • Demonstrate eHealth’s values in behaviors, practices, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or college coursework preferred • 1–2 years of experience in health plan enrollment, healthcare administration, insurance operations, or a related field • Experience working with enrollment or health insurance systems • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive member information with discretion • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Salesforce experience is a plus but not required • Working knowledge of Medicare and/or ACA enrollment guidelines preferred • Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
