📋 Description

• Communicate openly with clients and internal sales department to resolve deduction inquiries • Gather claim documentation, investigate, and analyze to validate customer deductions • Maintain necessary data to follow up and track deductions • Process credits to offset resolved deductions • Work in web-based trade management systems for contracted customers • Provide excellent, timely, accurate, and professional customer service • Handle and manage incoming calls and emails from internal and external partners • Handle all other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior CPG deductions experience (required) • Must possess good computer skills and be a team player with a positive attitude • Previous professional experience using Microsoft Office • Organized and detail oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong multitasking skills • High attention to detail • Must be able to solve problems with urgency • Previous customer service experience is a plus • Prior experience with a broker/manufacturer is a plus • UNFI and/or KeHE deductions experience is a plus • Experience with a trade management system such as Vividly or BluePlanner is a plus
