📋 Description

• Lead Calbright College's academic excellence and effectiveness agenda • Lead the academic program review cycle and evidence-based program evaluation processes • Support development, assessment, and revision of academic programs • Provide guidance on program optimization, data analysis, and evidence-based improvement recommendations • Collaborate on operational systems, workflows, reporting infrastructure, and data-informed decision-making • Oversee industry Advisory Councils and translate council input into program improvements and workforce relevance • Support the President and senior leadership team on institutional priorities, organizational effectiveness, and emerging opportunities • Facilitate institution-wide strategic initiatives and cross-divisional priorities • Guide external advisory council engagement, industry alignment, employer partnerships, and program relevance • Provide strategic planning, analysis, advisory support, goal-setting, and policy development support to the VP of Learning and Instruction and senior leadership • Represent the College's effectiveness, quality, and innovation agenda externally • Oversee L&I project managers and cross-functional project teams • Establish project management standards, timelines, and reporting processes • Monitor goals, key performance indicators, and operational priorities and provide updates and recommendations to the VP • Support project evaluation processes measuring effectiveness, outcomes, and organizational impact • Serve as primary Accreditation Liaison Officer • Coordinate accreditation cycles, self-study evaluations, change requests, program approvals, site visits, and follow-up reports • Maintain knowledge of accreditation standards and advise on institutional adjustments • Support internal reviews and action plans for standards compliance and continuous improvement • Collaborate on professional development for faculty and staff regarding accreditation standards and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in education, administration, policy, or a related field • At least five years of experience in higher education administration • Demonstrated leadership in institutional effectiveness, accreditation, academic quality, and/or strategic initiatives • Demonstrated experience leading accreditation processes and serving as a liaison to regional or national accrediting agencies • Familiarity with online learning environments and quality standards related to distance education • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership, project management, and driving institutional initiatives and operational improvement efforts across diverse stakeholder groups in higher education or a related sector • Knowledge of accreditation standards, institutional effectiveness practices, and continuous improvement frameworks in higher education • Knowledge of higher education, curriculum development, instructional strategies, and/or assessment practices • Strong leadership, management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, project management, implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills • Knowledge of workforce development, labor market alignment, and/or employer engagement strategies • Experience facilitating advisory groups, committees, councils, or stakeholder engagement processes • Proficiency in using technology for data management, reporting, and communication • Understanding of and respect for diverse academic, socio-economic, ethnic, religious, cultural, disability, and sexual-orientation backgrounds • Ability to function in a remote online instructional environment and work on a computer for extended periods • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to comply with Calbright College policies, procedures, Title IX, and mandated reporter requirements under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act
