📋 Description

• Build new features that expand Calendly Notetaker functionality and support additional user types • Contribute to platform scaling initiatives • Meet with Product and Design to refine requirements • Attend agile ceremonies to plan and complete team work • Collaborate across squads to improve Engineering practices • Review implementation plans and peer pull requests • Mentor and coach team members • Design and support core features and architecture for Calendly’s AI Notetaker and meeting recaps • Build tooling and automation to improve the delivery process • Build and scale service-oriented platform architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Software Development experience at a SaaS or technology company • Professional experience with Node is preferred • Experience with React or a comparable UI framework is desirable • Professional experience with TypeScript • Ability to adapt to new technologies, changing requirements, and evolving organizational needs • Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), microservices, and significant product-scaling initiatives • Ability to own features end-to-end, including technical discovery, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Cursor, with understanding of generated code and ability to defend implementation choices • Availability for participation in an on-call rotation outside regular working hours • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America • No immigration sponsorship available
