📋 Description

• Manage payments on behalf of assigned Calero customers within a team environment • Directly process payments and/or monitor payments sent to a third-party processor • Research payment issues and ensure corrective action using various payment methods and interfaces • Review customer payment methods monthly for potential upgrades to credit card payments • Review incoming funding and allocate it to related invoices pending processing in Calero’s payment system • Use intermediary accounting skills and MS Excel • Collaborate across invoice lifecycle touchpoints and with the Managed Bill Pay Team to achieve SLA metrics • Complete weekly or monthly assignments in priority order with Senior Management, the Service Operations Manager, and Business Unit leadership • Manage daily payment activity to meet assigned KPI requirements • Ensure payments are executed correctly based on customer-approved amounts • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • Associate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or IT preferred • A combination of education and experience will be considered • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is required • Proficient with MS Office • Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables • Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to handle confidential information professionally • Focused and results-oriented • Preferred hours: 9–5pm EST, with some flexibility
