📋 Description

• Serve as a senior technical leader across multiple software initiatives • Combine hands-on engineering with strategic solution design • Translate complex business and user requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable systems • Guide system architecture, development standards, integrations, and best practices • Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders • Lead resolution of complex technical issues and guide solution design, implementation strategy, and code quality • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical leadership for complex production issues • Resolve escalated support incidents and perform root cause analysis • Implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability and operational efficiency • Develop and optimize solutions for production analysis, data corrections, and issue resolution • Lead large-scale and cross-functional technical initiatives • Drive implementation strategy, technical alignment, risk mitigation, and delivery execution • Provide technical oversight across projects • Lead test strategy, automation, quality engineering practices, test plans, test cases, regression strategies, and validation approaches • Improve testing standards, coverage, and release quality • Mentor and advise engineering teams • Promote engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and adoption of modern technologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the software engineering field or a related area • Demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing engineering direction across teams • Advanced knowledge and experience in the insurance industry • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and business processes • Broad knowledge across multiple business domains and platforms preferred • BA/BS-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Preferred hiring/work states include Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, or Texas
