📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled 20-minute consultation calls with Directors of Nursing (DONs). • Review patient monitoring data and flag readings requiring further review, follow-up, or escalation in accordance with established protocols. • Accurately document consultation calls, patient updates, identified concerns, and follow-up actions. • Complete and maintain all required reports and documentation in a timely manner. • Coordinate follow-up activities with the appropriate personnel to support continuity of care and timely resolution of identified concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Must speak and understand at least one Filipino language (Tagalog, Cebuano or Hiligaynon). • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Clinical nursing experience, including patient assessment and monitoring. • RPM, telehealth, or long-term care experience preferred. • Ability to conduct scheduled 20-minute consultations with Directors of Nursing (DONs). • Experience reviewing patient monitoring data and identifying abnormal readings. • Ability to escalate clinical concerns according to established protocols. • Strong clinical documentation, reporting, and follow-up coordination skills. • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and virtual communication platforms. • Must reside in the United States and be available for part-time remote work.
