📋 Description

• Run several concurrent workstreams, including systems and platform initiatives, cross-functional projects, and day-to-day department operations • Own assigned internal projects and programs from intake through close-out • Build fully structured Monday.com project plans with phases, tasks, owners, dependencies, and milestones • Break ambiguous requests into clear tasks, owners, and deadlines • Map dependencies and critical-path milestones • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies • Support meeting preparation, recaps, and action-item follow-through • Consolidate status across multiple in-flight projects • Maintain operations projects in Monday.com and connect them to the operations dashboard • Draft correspondence, meeting agendas, status updates, and internal communications • Organize Microsoft Teams and shared workspaces • Support creation and ongoing maintenance of the Operations SharePoint site • Optimize Microsoft collaboration tools including Loop, Teams, and Copilot • Coordinate handoffs across functional areas • Prepare and run recurring check-ins and status reviews • Maintain a central library of SOPs, templates, and process documentation • Apply consistent processes for project initiation, tracking, and close-out • Use Claude and Copilot for drafting, analysis, automation, and problem-solving • Identify and build AI-enabled efficiencies in recurring operational work • Support billable client program or project management work when organizational needs require

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in a professional services, GovCon, or grant-funded environment • Experience building project plans, sequencing dependencies, and driving execution • Proven ability to execute independently with minimal instruction • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel pivot tables/formulas, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Hands-on experience building project plans in Monday.com or a comparable platform from scratch • Experience in, or strong working knowledge of, clean transportation, clean energy, or related mission-driven program space, or comparable program/project delivery in a similarly structured environment • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar for drafting, analysis, automation, or research • Prompt engineering skill to obtain reliable AI results • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable drafting executive correspondence and updates, presenting to large groups, and leading meetings • High discretion and ability to handle confidential organizational information • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with strong self-management and asynchronous communication habits • Preferred: PMP or equivalent or 3+ years’ direct experience as a PM or PMO in an agile environment • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification • Preferred: Experience supporting an executive or department lead directly • Preferred: Experience with dashboarding/BI tools such as Power BI • Preferred: Prior program or project management experience within clean transportation, clean energy, sustainability, or federally/grant-funded program environments
