📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day processing of Drug Pathway updates within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Perform data entry and system configuration within adjudication, Admin, and CRM platforms • Conduct audits to ensure live systems reflect internal clinical and financial standards • Serve as the first point of contact for operational trouble tickets and bottlenecks • Resolve data discrepancies and system errors with Data, Business Systems, Engineering, and Customer Success teams • Draft and update step-by-step Drug Pathway management manuals • Support pharmacy program rollouts by preparing data files, testing sandbox configurations, and confirming go-lives • Assist with ad hoc projects and business tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or Data Analytics preferred • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume operational role, such as Pharmacy Technician, Claims Processing, Benefits Administration, or PBM Operations • Proven ability to handle repetitive, high-stakes tasks with zero-defect accuracy • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling • Comfort with G-Suite/MS Office, Slack, Zoom, or similar technologies • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar technologies for tracking and resolving operational tasks • SQL experience is a plus but not required
