📋 Description

• Work closely with the portfolio president to support and accelerate results for the home health, hospice, and home care business line in California • Support new acquisition transitions and agency start-ups in achieving financial, clinical, cultural, and community results • Support new or struggling agencies with business development, operational performance, and census growth • Share business development best practices and support agency census • Advise on issues involved in growing small, start-up operations • Advise on marketing and branding initiatives, including online strategy and presence • Provide direct training and support to local teams • Assist local leadership in finding and developing talent • Search for and recruit potential CITs, EDs, clinical leaders, business development personnel, and other key market-development roles • Build leadership teams for new acquisitions, start-ups, and struggling agencies • Report directly to the Cornerstone Healthcare Portfolio President, Robert Weger

🎯 Requirements

• Regular attendance on portfolio/market leader calls (at least monthly) • Participation in market/cluster meetings for current supported agencies • Regular progress reporting on supported agencies to portfolio president and executive directors • Collation and creation of business development best practices for new and developing agencies
