📋 Description

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and company web portal • Manage time-specific pickups and provide import routing by Ocean and Air • Manage breakbulk operations for import shipments, including overseas quoting, routing, destination services, export documents, and customs-clearance handoff • Perform operations-system data entry and manage customer web-portal communications • Track shipments and provide customer updates • Provide monthly service departure schedules • Close out consolidations • Send daily agent settlements per consolidation for invoicing • Monitor and relay discrepancies to field and overseas teams • Assist stations with import documentation and review/advise as needed • Assist stations and sales with air import quotes • Keep sales informed of major lane developments • Build pallets to maximize space and reduce costs when necessary • Produce documents for overseas and U.S. Customs, including MAWB, manifest, SED, and labels • Ensure all documentation is provided by origins • Ensure origin freight and documents are ready for carriage • Rate and enter costs against master jobs • Book shipments with carriers • Research and respond to foreign-agent requests • Determine routings for overseas and origins • Run monthly gateway, carrier-performance, and lane-analysis reports • Maintain an orderly workplace • Comply with SEKO’s C-TPAT Security Profile and safety procedures • Uphold SEKO’s core values and participate in developing a safe and healthy workplace • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 2-5 years related experience • Excellent communications skills and strong sense of urgency • Ability to prioritize heavy workloads • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems • None preferred • No specialist certifications required
