📋 Description

• Identify and match incoming payments to customer bookings • Reconcile accounting entries across global accounts and multiple currencies • Investigate and resolve unmatched or misapplied payments with internal teams and payment partners • Troubleshoot bank and partner reporting issues to ensure accurate and timely identification of incoming funds • Identify recurring payment issues and recommend process improvements to reduce manual work and reconciliation breaks • Support the Payment Operations, Payouts, and Customer Support Teams • Optimize fund movement and reconciliation across global accounts • Optimize current partner relationships and identify areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 1-2 years of corporate work experience in the payments / banking industry • Expertise in payments identification and reconciliation • Experience working with bank and partner reporting is a plus • Experience with payment processing and investigations is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail, sense of urgency for deadlines, and strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues and drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment • Great communication and collaboration skills • Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage • Positive, can-do attitude and demonstrated willingness and eagerness to learn • Passion for problem solving and helping customers • Excellent analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets • Experience using Slack, Zendesk, Jira, and/or Looker is a plus
