📋 Description

• Lead the IT Strategic Governance and Delivery Office (SGDO) • Oversee the IT portfolio of projects aligned with business goals • Ensure service delivery quality and alignment of IT projects with business priorities • Lead cross-functional teams delivering technology projects • Streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Manage, coach, and develop a team of six people • Oversee portfolio prioritization based on business value and resource availability • Implement and manage processes and projects across the IT organization • Build relationships with internal clients and collaborate with senior executives on strategies • Lead planning and execution of multiple IT projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Apply PMBOK, SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies across project lifecycles • Assess client needs and expectations and resolve internal client issues • Establish OLAs, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate performance and delivery quality • Facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with IT leadership, business units, and stakeholders to support strategic objectives • Foster collaboration and innovation across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT process, project and business relationship management • Exceptional understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies • Proven knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, and Trello • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to think strategically and drive change • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Experience managing cross-functional teams • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated experience evaluating courses of action and making autonomous decisions on significant matters • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work • Active participation in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on • Qualified applicants must meet the employer's stated equal opportunity and accommodation requirements
