📋 Description

• Define and manage goals, stage gates, and key deliverables for large-scale, multi-program initiatives • Lead end-to-end technical solution design aligned with business objectives and system scalability • Identify and resolve program risks, ambiguities, and conflicting priorities • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency and engineering velocity • Engage and influence stakeholders, secure commitments, align priorities, and communicate program status • Mentor team members on program management, technical design, and problem-solving best practices • Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 9 years’ experience in these areas • Proven expertise managing large-scale, complex technical programs with multiple dependencies and cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of program management tools, frameworks, and methodologies • Ability to lead end-to-end system solution design across software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and security • Experience driving process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency in risk management, issue mitigation, and dynamic roadmap adjustments • Analytical, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities • Preferred: certification in Project Management • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration with relevant specialization and 5 years’ experience in product design • Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
