📋 Description

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery, managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and maintaining smooth processes • Identify and operationalize metrics and key performance indicators to track progress • Drive issue resolution and mitigation across the organization • Create and operationalize processes to improve organizational effectiveness and meet business goals • Drive communication, collaboration, and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities • Work with teams to identify and manage top risks • Drive decisions to align leadership on appropriate project risk levels • Facilitate meetings ranging from small groups of 3–5 people to large groups of 100 or more

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience leading and delivering complex initiatives in cross-functional work environments • 8+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility, and often ambiguous environments • Proven hands-on experience leading large-scale software development projects, preferably in a SaaS environment • Experience with agile teams and practitioners, adapting process and style to program needs • Proficiency in program management fundamentals, including team building, role/responsibility definition, DACI and RACI frameworks, risk management, work breakdown structures, project tracking, and resource management • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience (bonus points)
