📋 Description

• Assist project managers in scheduling project activities and monitoring timely completion • Prepare and manage configuration control documents with Systems Engineers • Assist and support Project Managers in their daily duties • Maintain the documentation library and ensure timely revisions • Work with the team to remove impediments • Draft release guide documents for software deployment into Production • Work with various teams to implement successful production deployments • Maintain project planning and tracking projects in Jira • Assist Systems Engineers in planning and executing major deployment and maintenance projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, etc.) or business degree with concentration or experience in technology • Associate degree in a relevant area with additional experience will be considered • 1+ years of relevant experience • Demonstrated organization and coordination skills, including tracking and managing routine and unplanned tasks • Demonstrated administrative skills and experience with business software including MS Excel • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interpret technical information and translate it to plain English • Basic but solid understanding of computer and networking technologies • Experience with MS Project or project support tools such as Jira and Confluence is desirable, not required • Experience with databases such as MS Access and/or SQL Server is ideal • Ability to write basic SQL queries is ideal • Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple projects and accounts • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work • Ability to actively participate in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on
