📋 Description

• Lead multi-site warehouse operations across plant-attached and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses • Ensure standardized operating models, processes, and systems across locations • Drive execution across inventory management, throughput, labor productivity, and service performance • Own governance and reporting structures for plant warehouses within Logistics • Establish accountability, roles, operating rhythms, budgeting, and performance tracking for plant warehouses • Manage 3PL partners, service-level agreements, performance governance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement • Govern warehouse KPIs covering service, cost, safety, and quality • Lead operating reviews, root cause analysis, and action planning • Own the regional warehouse operating budget and lead financial reviews, variance analysis, and forecasting • Deliver productivity savings and cost-to-serve improvements aligned to the Annual Operating Plan • Identify and implement operational improvements and support network optimization initiatives • Partner with DSD, Plant Operations, Transportation, Finance, Commercial, and Procurement teams • Lead and develop direct and indirect multi-site warehouse leaders • Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or logistics • Experience managing multi-site operations, including 3PL environments • MBA or advanced degree (nice to have) • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget ownership and cost management (nice to have) • Proven leadership experience in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization (nice to have) • Experience in CPG, food, or regulated environments (nice to have) • Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP EWM and analytics tools (nice to have) • Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification (nice to have) • Ability to lead multi-site operations or a significant functional area with broad business impact • Accountability for safety, service, cost, and financial outcomes • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority • Ability to build and develop high-performing teams and future leaders • Ability to translate strategy into executional plans and measurable results
