📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for Implementation and Learning • Manage and develop implementation specialists and learning content specialists • Direct technical setup and onboarding priorities and standards for camps • Direct curriculum, self-serve content, and knowledge base infrastructure • Design adaptable learning programs and implementation processes • Partner with Support, Success, Sales, and Product teams • Keep Learning aligned with platform changes and modernization efforts • Define and report metrics including launch quality, time-to-value, and support case deflection • Adjust the roadmap based on performance data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing people, including motivating a team, holding people accountable to clear expectations, and managing a budget responsibly • Experience setting strategy for an area of a business and translating goals into priorities, tradeoffs, and a clear plan • Experience with Learning and Implementation roles in SaaS businesses • Familiarity with best practices in Learning and Implementation, including how AI is changing customer onboarding, enablement, and learning • Experience using real data to set priorities, make tradeoffs, and explain sequencing decisions • Ability to define success metrics, track impact, and adjust approach based on data • Experience representing work in high-stakes conversations with senior leaders, frustrated customers, or cross-functional groups
