📋 Description

• Educate cancer patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and related questions and concerns • Work closely with researchers to deliver tailored information and guide patients to appropriate care centers and doctors • Address barriers to care, including registration, appointment scheduling, health-plan or care-team coordination, and medical-record transfers • Provide longitudinal support throughout patients’ cancer journeys • Connect patients with mental-health support and financial resources • Arrange transportation to appointments • Answer questions and resolve issues related to cancer diagnosis and care

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work Pacific hours (8am-5pm PST) • Native Spanish Speaker • 3+ years of oncology nursing experience • Mastery of common navigation and care coordination issues (registration, scheduling, clinical department navigation, insurance coordination, solving coverage issues, etc.) • Mastery of basic computer tools (Gmail, Zoom, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Preferred: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
