📋 Description

• Provide psychotherapy for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and their families • Individualize services to meet clients' unique needs • Facilitate IOP, SOP, and Aftercare groups using the agency Substance Abuse Program curriculum • Provide individual and/or family therapy as needed • Utilize community resources and referrals to enhance and expand treatment • Complete reports and correspond with DCS, probation, and other parties • Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and community and business partners • Work remotely from home while maintaining professional conduct • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work REQUIRED • Experience facilitating groups required • Experience working with substance abuse populations • AzBBHE Licensure preferred • Families First program experience preferred • Must have or be able to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card • Valid Arizona Driver's License, with no major infractions in the past three years, required • At least 21 years of age at the time of employment • Willingness to complete reports and correspond punctually with DCS, probation, and others • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Good time management skills • Good team collaboration skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to document detailed information • Ability to remain calm in crisis situations • Ability to work independently and cooperatively • Ability to recognize personal limitations and relate positively and empathetically to all persons • Professional conduct consistent with ethical practice and agency policies • Professional demeanor while working remotely from home • If driving on agency business: valid Arizona driver license, appropriate liability insurance, and approval for liability coverage • At hire: 3-year state driving record with no major infractions or excessive violations/tickets • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
