📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts • Develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data migration elements • Use Salesforce declarative and programmatic resources, including triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components • Execute test plans using test code and unit tests to ensure quality delivery • Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews • Ensure appropriate design patterns are followed during projects • Support government clients and help build Capgemini Government Solutions’ capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance • Computer Science or related field, or a non-Computer Science bachelor's degree with equivalent training in successfully completed Boot Camps • Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years of relevant experience • 2–3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML • Willingness to learn and support Salesforce development and implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle using Agile • Willingness to learn, work, and collaborate with product owners, clients, business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, and others • Experience with Salesforce Communities (nice to have) • Salesforce consulting cloud certifications (nice to have) • Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications (nice to have) • Experience in team-based delivery environments, preferably Agile Scrum teams (nice to have) • Experience creating and managing sandbox and production environments (nice to have) • Expertise with Salesforce SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs (nice to have) • Expertise writing test classes and building triggers, batch classes, and future methods (nice to have) • Experience developing enterprise software with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (nice to have) • Adherence to Salesforce best practices (nice to have) • Experience with object-oriented programming such as C++ or Java (nice to have) • Experience developing flows and automation using Salesforce (nice to have) • Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require visa sponsorship
