📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning web components, and integrations • Act as a technical expert, guiding best practices, code standards, and design decisions • Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders and translate them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions • Implement Salesforce customizations using declarative tools such as Flows and programmatic solutions • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other tools • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and company standards • Identify improvement areas and recommend Salesforce instance performance optimizations • Develop and execute unit tests, debug, and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and system processes • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand priorities and deliver timely solutions • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new tools, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ • Have done a Salesforce CPQ implementation • Experience with integrating Partner Community with Quoting • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs • Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices, and optimization techniques • Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools, such as SFDX, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required) • Proficiency in source control systems, such as Git • Advanced programming skills in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to design scalable and efficient solutions • Ability to work cooperatively with organizational and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments • Predictable, reliable attendance
