📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end billing support • Execute end-to-end Dealer Navigator and product support through inbound and outbound calls and chat • Execute effective onboarding and servicing across all case and task types using available resources and procedures • Establish and foster relationships with EDS vendors, web hosts, and inventory aggregators • Manage daily workload using effective time management • Investigate issues and mitigate product defects, dealer dissatisfaction, and improvement areas • Respond to internal and external customers and escalate appropriately • Communicate with sales, external vendors, and dealer partners • Maintain job knowledge through active listening and engagement • Ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes • Partner with product teams and provide subject matter expertise and written updates • Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience • At least 2 years of experience working in the financial industry • At least 1 year of experience using Google Sheets • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private cable or fiber internet connection, not cellular data or hotspot • Minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed • Password-protected private network with ownership or line of sight to every device • Ability to work within the continental United States; applicants living in California, Hawaii, or US territories are not eligible • Must not require employer immigration support or sponsorship • Preferred: at least 1 year of auto finance experience • Preferred: at least 1 year of system activations, inventory management, or billing experience • Preferred: at least 6 months of experience using JIRA or Salesforce
