📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for new and existing business • Drive sales execution and accountability across the team • Provide competitive intelligence to stakeholders • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop approximately seven OR Product sales specialists • Conduct regular field visits and customer interactions • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships • Handle escalations, difficult conversations, complex resolutions, and relationship restoration • Design and implement win-win customer strategies • Use Cardinal Health’s CRM to maintain records, track performance, monitor leads, and execute retention and expansion strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional Cardinal Health teams • Lead the team through changing market dynamics and business initiatives • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and industry insights • Champion professional development for self and team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with a strong preference for healthcare sales • Proven capacity to lead, motivate, and manage remote successful sales team • Experience developing sales strategies, forecasting, and analyzing market trends • Ability to apply structured methods to make high-stakes, rational decisions • Strong ability to analyze data, present to executives, and communicate complex technical or clinical information • Strong computer skills, including CRM tools like Salesforce • Strong matrix management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to travel 50% • Must reside within the region • Ability to work remotely from a dedicated, quiet, private, and distraction-free home environment with high-speed internet • Customer/vendor credentialing may be required, including vaccinations
