📋 Description

• Strengthens Cardinal Health’s talent pipeline by identifying and acquiring talent for executive positions • Stewards the full recruitment lifecycle, including defining talent needs with hiring managers • Conducts internal and external talent searches, contacting and assessing candidates • Presents top candidates to managers, negotiating offers of employment • Manages job postings and new hire data through Workday

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • 7 years’ recruiting experience in full life cycle recruiting environment preferred • One year of experience in retained search or recruiting executive level talent at a Fortune 500 company environment, preferred • Prior experience recruiting for professional level roles including, but not limited to, sales, marketing, accounting/finance, information technology, or clinical areas highly preferred • Strategic, independent and progressive thinker • Consultative with the ability to influence others • Ability to recruit and successfully close passive candidates • Strong interpersonal, time management and verbal communication skills as well as sound presentation skills • Ability to establish effective partnerships internally and externally, at all organizational levels and across boundaries • Exhibits excellent client relationship skills; communicates proactively and consistently with hiring managers and candidates • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), preferred • Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies (AIRS), preferred
