📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring, primarily focused on sales positions. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates. • Maintain an organized pipeline while managing multiple open requisitions. • Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Proven success recruiting for sales roles in a high-volume environment. • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets. • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours. • Experience using Ashby ATS preferred. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
