• 2+ years of recruiting experience • Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce • Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously • Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
