• Assist in leading Care Net’s network of pregnancy centers, churches, organizations, and individuals in ministry to men and families • Create and implement father-friendly strategies, resources, projects, and programs • Assist with content creation for online courses, written materials, social media posts, and webinar educational content • Lead the development and presentation of workshops, keynotes, and panels at conferences and events • Lead the development and execution of tabled events for the Fatherhood & Family team • Assist with management of the Fatherhood Connect Facebook group and email list through live events and original content • Train the Church Engagement team to integrate family-strengthening programs into church ministry • Reach out to centers to advise on effective outreach to men and fathers • Help ensure fatherhood materials are current and meet pregnancy center needs • Identify local pregnancy center models that effectively engage fathers and promote healthy marriage and family • Lead systems management and customer support for Doctor Dad® and other fatherhood-related courses on Care Net University • Cultivate and mentor a network of Fatherhood Champions • Expand Zoom networks and local gatherings for fatherhood practitioners • Develop, review, update, and promote Care Net content for organizational best practices • Answer Care Net affiliate inquiries by telephone and email • Contribute expert content for the Affiliate Portal • Develop progress reports for Fatherhood & Family • Support the Associate Director and VP-CS on special projects • Maintain affiliate contact records in HubSpot • Perform other duties as assigned
• Experience leading pregnancy center men’s services • Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to resolve problems and satisfy those with complaints • Strong sales and marketing skills • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and on-camera presentations • Strong written communication and editing skills • Strong analytical skills • Familiarity with the Google Suite of applications for work • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong project management skills • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new applications, problem-solve, and assist others • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while achieving specific objectives • Ability to work independently with minimal direction • Strong work ethic and personal ambition to succeed • Ability to work with diverse cultures, Christian denominations, backgrounds, and traditions • Must be able to travel periodically • Four years of college or equivalent years of pregnancy center leadership experience • Committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior • Strong commitment to the pro-life position and related sexual purity/health issues • Agreement with and ability to uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Vision/Mission, Core Values, and Employee Conduct Policy • Ability to provide Christian prayer support to members of Care Net’s affiliate network • Preferred: five years of experience in customer service, content development, office administration, management, pregnancy center ministry, or a related field • Preferred: experience using cloud-based databases and data entry • Preferred: Master's Degree or nonprofit leadership certification • Preferred: additional experience and expertise in related non-profit work and family ministry
