📋 Description

• Design, implement, advance, build, maintain, and improve automated testing infrastructure and end-to-end test automation frameworks • Use Playwright across UI, API, and integration testing layers • Author and maintain release validation documentation supporting 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance • Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing techniques, including LLM-based test generation and intelligent failure triage • Integrate and maintain quality gates across CI/CD pipelines • Partner with engineers during active development to shift quality left, write tests alongside features, and surface risk early • Contribute to QA process improvements and share knowledge with teammates • Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and quality teams • Evaluate emerging technologies and continuously improve testing strategies while maintaining regulatory and organizational compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Playwright and experience building reliable, maintainable automation frameworks • Exposure to GxP validation practices, including contributing to or authoring traceability matrices and validation summary reports • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, or similar regulatory frameworks as applied to software systems • Experience with or interest in LLM-assisted test generation and failure analysis • Solid engineering fundamentals, including reading production code, debugging across the stack, and building test infrastructure • Ability to explain test strategy and risk tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of software or QA engineering experience, with meaningful depth in test automation • Ability to work remotely within the United States • Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
