📋 Description

• Articulate and define the product vision, benefits, and roadmap • Oversee and approve work throughout the design, development, and product lifecycle • Collaborate with prospective users, customers, and cross-functional teams to identify needs • Translate needs into product requirements, user stories, and sprint plans • Lead and liaise between the product team and end-users for continuous feedback and improvement • Maintain a transparent, visible, and understood Product Backlog • Identify epics and priorities; approve and collaborate on user stories, backlog refinement, and plans • Manage SDLC product approvals • Create and deliver presentations on work products and plans • Engage daily with cross-functional delivery teams • Guide teams to maximize delivered value • Participate in Scrum ceremonies • Communicate progress, roadmap updates, and risks/issues to leadership and business stakeholders • Research and analyze unmet needs and future product enhancements • Report to the Senior Director, Product Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience required • 2+ years as a product owner on large-scale projects working with internal and external resources • Life and Annuity experience preferred • SAFe Agile experience is a plus • 4-year degree required or equivalent work experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources, such as generative AI
