📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the application development team • Translate complex supply chain processes into digital solutions • Prioritize the product backlog according to strategic goals and customer needs • Gather, refine, and document business requirements • Redesign manual or disjointed supply chain processes into integrated application workflows • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications • Develop mock-ups and prototypes in Figma or similar tools • Provide domain expertise for solution design, process mapping, and application-development decisions • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-value features • Drive iteration and continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs

🎯 Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Experience leading customer-facing sessions (workshops, discovery, demos) to uncover needs and co-create solutions • Experience in one or more of: supply chain business process, requirements development for an agile project team, SAFe product management, or UI/UX design • Recognized subject matter expertise in sourcing, procurement, or material program management • 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation initiatives with measurable results • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation initiatives with measurable results • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable software specifications • Hands-on experience designing UI mock-ups • Experience working directly with application development teams in an Agile environment • Familiarity with enterprise systems and data challenges • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • Knowledge of API integrations, data models, and digital transformation best practices • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures • Track record of designing new applications or tools • Strong UX design mindset and ability to build intuitive workflows aligned to user personas and supply chain roles • Solid technical aptitude demonstrated through analytics, data engineering, application, or related product work • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Strong business acumen, creativity, and bias for action • Ability to translate broad, ambiguous requirements into digital applications that drive measurable business outcomes • Proven record of reimagining manual or disconnected supply chain processes into cohesive, automated workflows • Ability to independently define application user experiences and workflows • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
