📋 Description

• Own individual integrations strategy end-to-end, from pricing and packaging through distribution strategy and GA readiness • Partner with Engineering to sequence integration investments while balancing customer/revenue commitments and platform scalability • Define and execute platform-based integration strategies, including generalized APIs and connectors • Drive integration lifecycle management from alpha and beta through GA and post-launch scaling • Align strategic partners and key customers on roadmap, timelines, and requirements • Own permissioning, security, and licensing model decisions for packaged integrations • Build business cases and prioritization frameworks for new integration investments • Connect GTM, Partnerships, and Engineering to ensure commercial viability • Drive best-in-class product delivery and long-term scalability • Establish integration roadmaps, success metrics, cross-team cadences, and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of PM experience in ecosystem or integration roles in a B2B product-driven SaaS environment • Proven success leading initiatives in a multi-product portfolio company • Experience collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders • Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across different time zones • Technical fluency in integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, and OAuth/permission models • Strong commercial judgment regarding what to build, for whom, and when • Strong written communication, including written specs, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, and proactive status updates
