📋 Description

• Review and analyze patient medical records to assign appropriate CPT and HCPCS codes • Ensure all coding is compliant with official coding guidelines • Maintain established entry level coding accuracy and quality standards • Collaborate with teammates to achieve shared goals and performance metrics • Stay informed of regularly updated coding principles and regulatory guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required • Knowledge of ICD, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology • Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft office products • Basic analytical skills, with high attention to detail • Certification Required: AHIMA or AAPC Coding Certification
