📋 Description

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and self-service data solutions • Present data clearly to stakeholders • Apply development best practices in partnership with senior teammates • Validate the accuracy and integrity of datasets and datamarts • Analyze datasets to identify trends and outcomes of healthcare programs and interventions • Translate business needs into meaningful metrics, reports, and visualization tools • Adhere to data stewardship guidelines, regulations, and department standards for reporting and handling sensitive data • Partner with senior developers and data architects to improve technical skills • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or related field • Typically requires 0 to 2 years of experience • Epic Cogito Fundamentals accreditation or certification obtained within 180 days • Epic Caboodle Data Model accreditation or certification obtained within 180 days • Epic Clarity Data Model accreditation or certification obtained within 180 days • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and applies new programming tools and techniques • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to customer service • Desire to learn healthcare-related systems and business processes • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to actively listen and ask clarifying questions • Must be located in an approved state; preferred remote locations include IL, WI, NC, and GA • No relocation; no sponsorship of transfer of visa now or in the future
